Rugby Drill Demonstration

Description

Building up their stamina to be able to carry out the demands a game requires.

Coaching points

1. Get you front row players starting on bellys onHalf Way Line (HWL) facing 10m line. 

2. Bounce to feet and run to 10m line down to belly and up (D+U).

3. Then run to other 10m line D+U.

4. Then run back to HWL.

 

Get them to run this 5 times with 15seconds - 30 seconds rest inbetween.

 

Focus and empahsis on speed off the floor, chest to ground on D+U
