Learning how to rip a ball from the opposition.
1. Set up a grid big enough for the ammount of players to be in pairs.
2. Get players to pair up with a ball.
4. One player starts hugging ball losely.
5. On the whistle the other player has try and get ball off partner.
6. Encourage players to use shoulder and body to pull ball away from paretner.
