Getting the comunication and even spacing between each other when defending.
1. Get all players in a line just inside the touch line by the try line.
2. The first player is going to call hold, hold, hit.
3. Once that phrase has been called they are going to sprint up to the 5m line.
4. They are the going to jog back to the try line at a slight angle so there is arms length distnace between players.
5. The second player at the start the calls the pahse.
6. Then both players sprint up to the 5m line together and then jog at a slight angle to the try line.
7. This process keeps occuring until there is about 8 players in between the touch line and the first post.
8. When that 8th person has sprinted up to 5m line when they jog back they drop of the line and join back at the begining.
To help with spaceing, get them to hold there arms up when they are calling the phrase.
