1. All players start standing on the try line.
2. They then stretch and get hands on floor and walk their hands forward untill in a press up position.
3. When in a press up position hold for 3 seconds.
4. Then start walking feet back to hands and slowly stand.
5. Keep going until you 5m or to where you want.
To advance this drill instead of walking feet to hands jump feet to hands.
