Set up grids of 5m wide x 10m deep
2 Attacker starts on the half way line of the grid, back to back with one defender. On the command the two attackers run on around the red cone and one around blue, with the defender running around the yellow cone.
The two cones will cause the second attacker to be deeper
You could get the to run around the same cone to show that they then will be flatter
Encourage players to get into position as quickly as possible.
