DESCRIPTION

Player leaves the first green cone moving towards a tyre with a ball inside. Player uses a "tower of power" to jackell over the ball. Player is up and away moving towards the next cone. Ayer travels around cone and towards  breakdown with tackle shield. Player wins contact and moves on. At the final cone the player will be faced with  simulated defender on the ball (2 sausages lying 1 on top of the other) player clears out the sausage and loops around to start again

COACHING POINTS

  • Best for small groups
  • look for good body positions
  • be careful of fatigue
