My drill is a 5 attackers on 4 defenders rugby drill and the aim of the warm up session is to get participants warmed up and ready for the main session and also works on key skills involved such as passing.
basically the 5 attackers advance forward trying to engage a defender opposite them and the drills aim is for a try to be scored by one of the attackers
Attackers pass the ball backwards trying to draw in and engage defenders to try and create a try scoring opportunity.
