Your tips and session ideas have really brought some interest back...
Eifion, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

This starting is a starting game drill.

The forwards have to play two quick breakdowns in between the channel delimited by the markers, before pass the ball to the backs.

Using two channels and two balls allows the coach to maximize the players' energies and do not stop the game (work on rhythm).

COACHING POINTS

In attack focus on the body position in the ruck and quickness and distance of support in the pick'n go.

In defense focus on the guards, body positioning and quickness.
