DESCRIPTION

om een goede pass te geven moeten we de spiergroepen activeren. laat 1 speler de bal vasthouden op de juiste manier (bal in de zij boven de heup). De andere speler houd vanaf de andere kant de bal stevig vast. laat nu de speler de bal passen. 

vraag de spelers welke spiergroepen hij/zij nu aanspant! misschien kun jij ze wel benoemen...
