-Players go 1 at a time
-At station 1, shield holder starts behind ruck and is low over ball to simulate poach. Player on cone runs up and is O and clears the ruck.
-At station 2, the shield holder starts as O rucker protecting the ball. Player on comes from station 1 and attempts to turnover ball by clearing shield player back.
-At station 3, a shield holder/body will simulate that they already have a solid ruck. Player from station 2 must become rock (RAL) and come up once ball is played out of ruck by SH and hit a tackle dummy.
-Player at rock position needs to be yelling "ROCK"
-Players need good body position to effectively clear the ruck
