Form a tight grid with cones. One channel per group.
Groups of 3.
1 Player in the middle, 1 Player on one side, 1 Player on the other side. Players must pass the ball to the other player 6 times--if they do that then they get 1 point for each passing player and they switch the middle person and continue. If the middle person gets the ball that person gets 2 points and switches out. If middle person hits the ball and doesn't catch it then they lose 1 point. If the ball is dropped then both passers lose 1 point. Object is to get to 5 points.
