Chop Tackle and Standard Tackle
1. 3 people are on the tackle shields. The 1st two people hold the shields to the side for a chop tackle and the 3rd person holds the shield for a tackle.
2. The first person runs out to the blue cone and lies down on their front and calls "Hold, Hold, Hit" and jumps up and makes a tackle.
3. That person then back peddles to the orange cone and the next person at the black cone runs out to the blue cone and lies down.
4. They both then call "Hold, Hold, Hit" and jump up and make the tackle.
5. The person on the orange cone back peddles to the yellow cone, the person on the blue cone back peddles to the orange cone and the next person runs out from the black cone to the blue cone and lies down.
6. All 3 then call "Hold, Hold, Hit" and jump up and hit the tackle shields.
7. This should be done at a quick pace and they should hit the tackle shield at the same time.
8. Once they have completed it a couple times switch the people on the tackle shield.
