1.Even numbers on each cone.
2. Starting with 2 balls. (one at each cone)
3. Running to the other cone and passing to the person calling and running onto the ball.
Proggression
4. Still running to the other cone but placing the ball in the middle.
5. The person who was running onto the ball picks it up off the floor and passes it to the nest person calling for the ball.
6. Go Back to passing with no dropped balls.
