this particular warm up is set for a bit of fun but to loosen the muscles to get you ready for the main drill to come up.
3 groups of 6, one golf club and ball.
you all stand in a circle in your groups but facing outwards rather than inwards. to start off you have one golf club in each group and you must rotate when I tell you too to pass the golf club around the circle as fast as you can. then pass it back the other way the team that wins gets a prize.
to make it more interesting put the club on the inside behind their backs to make it harder and do the same.
