DESCRIPTION

Increase heart rate - lap of the astro, including a sprint on the last straight between the half way line and the goal line.

Stretch relevant muscles - at each corner of the astro, players complete dynamic stretches starting with lower body muscles and finishing with upper body muscles.

Rugby netball - in a 30x30 grid, players are split into 2 teams. The aim of the game is to score over the opponent's goal line, when players are in contactt with the ball they cannot move, but are able to pass in any direction.
