Practice Description -Players line up in the middle of the grid, back to back. 1 Player in each team has a ball. On the coaches call the players named either 'rats' or 'rabbits' runs to the line in front of them, trying to score a try over the line. The players whose name wasn't called has to put they're ball down and chases the other players to try and tag the player with the ball before they score a try. If a try is scored or a player is caught then both teams return to the middle.
