Split players into 2 teams (tail: red, and head: blue)
The aim of the race is to make the most passes in the circle whilst the tail players are doing the running.
The quicker the tail players are, the less time the head players have to pass.
The players that are the head are to pass the ball round in their circle (black lines).
The players at the tail are to run around the head and then back to their line (purple line)
When the tail players reach the white cone, the next tail player is to start running onto a flat pass (yellow line).
Once all the tail players have done, swap the teams over.
The winning team is the one with the most passes whilst at the tadpole head (passing in a circle).
