2 balls, 2 people stand on the line with the balls, then other players stand in a line 15 yards away from them, the first 2 people jog up to the people with the ball, as they get closer the person with the ball passes it to them, as soon as that person has passed the ball, they imediatly sprint, the ball passer runs to the back of the line, whilst the other player with the ball runsa another 10 yards there and back to the throwing position, as soon as the perivious ball thrower reaches the back of the line the person at the front of the line, this rotates each time, changing each way you move to the ball thrower each time.
