So many times we see players call moves in advance without looking at what's front of them - We even see it at the highest levels of the game where there's quite clearly an advantage to be made with overlaps etc. and the players run the ball straight into a wall of defence.
Note the ball being held in two hands and the support runners for Ben Kairns that allow him to pass it off and allow Southwell an easy try.
