Ball carrier runs into shield practicing correct form and body placement.

  • Focus on low body position
  • leading with shoulder
  • chopping the legs
  • staying upright as long as possible
  • maintaing forward movement
  • maintaing protection/control of the ball by correct placement.
  • sinking in hips
