Build up speed and to save on injuries we will use pads. in groups of 4-5, ball carrier will hit the pad and offload. Catcher will move on to the next pad and offload. We will start by hitting pad, going to ground and popping up, we will move on to offloading in the tackle.
We will then move on to rows of defenders kneeling down, the emphasis is on going forward. ball carrier takes into tackle, offloads, next man goes into tackle and offloads. Supporting players must say where they are (pop left, pop right etc).
