Two players line up, with ball in the right side players hands. They both start running with the non-ball carrier at 5mx45-degree angle from the ball carrier. After 5-10m the ball carrier sharply cuts left while the non-ball carrier cuts right behind the ball carrier.
After the cut is made the ball carrier pop passes the ball to the other player, creating a "switch pass" or "scissor pass". Both players then return to a straight line up and down the field, essentially switching lanes.
After 5-10m the same move is excuted by the opposite player.
