DESCRIPTION

  1. Players start behind the cones
  2. They then jog up 10m, and jog back
  3. Then jog 20m and back
  4. Then high knees 10m
  5. bum flicks 10m
  6. lunges 10m
  7. sumo squats 10m
  8. side skip one way and swap at the cones
  9. Grape vine one way then swap at the cones
  10. Then players sprint 10m and jog back 3 times
  11. sprint 20m 2 times
  12. Then sprint 20m and back 20m once
