Description
- Players start behind the cones
- They then jog up 10m, and jog back
- Then jog 20m and back
- Then high knees 10m
- bum flicks 10m
- lunges 10m
- sumo squats 10m
- side skip one way and swap at the cones
- Grape vine one way then swap at the cones
- Then players sprint 10m and jog back 3 times
- sprint 20m 2 times
- Then sprint 20m and back 20m once
