DESCRIPTION

Take your group into designated pitch. For Warm up, complete Activate for injury prevention for 15 minutes.

Tag a Tail.

Split into partners with one tucking their tag behind the shorts and using footwork to evade, The other will attempt to grab his tag as many times they can within 30 seconds.

After one go each, add the rule that player grabbing must use two hands to mimic a tackle. Play again

Unplanned and Cut

Facing your partner 5 metres apart. One player jogs towards player with head in a neutral position, chest up. Player you are running to will hold their hand out on which way to go. Jogging player steps with his knee in line with toe and exagerates steps around player. Complete 6 times, then swap over.
