3 or 4 defenders are restricted to the line of the D (or 5yds outside).
5 attackers start from a long corner. Coach calls right or left player to start with the ball.
Attackers can go anywhere and try to score. If defenders win possession they can clear back to the ball piles on 25m.
V2.
When the ball crosses the line of the D, all defenders can break from the line to play anywhere.
Attack: how does moving the ball move defenders and open up gaps to the D? How does "engaging" a defender change the dynamic of their shape? Playing in front vs reunning behind.
