Set up in two lines 5 meters apart, pass the ball to each focusing on passing it to the strong side and at a reasonable speed.
Then once mastered they recieve the ball and than carry with it for 5 meters and drop it off to the other player (this requires looking up to see where the other person is).
Then they recieve the ball and carry it 2 meters before passing it on the move to the person at the other end and they repeat.
Then at the 2 meter point add a left foot dummy skill before passing it, aim to get round cones. Need to focus on getting hands over and getting the stick over to stop the ball that has been dragged left.
