Passing versus Running Race:
Race: 2 players on inside square. 1 player on the larger outside box (yellow cones)
Outside player is racing the ball to see if they can run faster than the ball can be passed around the inside box. First player on inside dribbles and passes ball to player two who then dribbles and passes ball back to start (First player has moved back to receive ball at start cone).
Note: Play with the size of the outside box. Make it bigger if outside players are significantly faster then passing or smaller if they are too far behind. We want it to be a close race and fun for all!
Alternative options for last pass: 1) the last player can push the ball through a target
Switch players so everyone has a chance to race the ball!
