Description
Set up 3 stations outside the dotted line (balls start at these beacons).
Player X. leads from left hand side (LHS) moving diagonally forward towards the circle.
Player on the ball plays a push pass (straight) towards the circle
Player X. performs an upright reverse receive on the move with their body facing the goal, and proceeds to attack the circle and takes a short grip hit shot at goal.
Upgrade
Add a pull to pop elimination on the way to the circle after receiving the ball.
Coaching Points
1. Players must face the direction that they want to move after receiving the ball.
2. Players must wait for the ball to travel past their feet before trapping the ball on the receive.
3. Players must receive the ball on the move and then accelerate towards the circle.
