Passing in Pairs to start
Note:
If you didn't introduce passing last week start with passing in pairs 5-10m apart. Have players place two cones a stick length apart in the middle of their passing zone. Each time they get a ball through the two cones they can move one cone closer to the other.
If you did introduce passing last week you can decide, based on your group level, whether to do passing in partners again or move straight to passing games below.
Passing technique: Facing sideways, left shoulder in line with partner. Hands spread apart, knees bent. Place ball away from body at back foot and push ball forward while transferring weight from back foot to front foot. Stick ends pointing in direction of pass. Power in pass comes from legs. Cue: Push down and through.
