Pitch split in half with 1 game on either side. The Attackers on the 25 have to pass the ball to their teammates on the halfway line and vice versa. Defenders have to (zonal) defend the space - setp as (Belgium) Triangles - and intercept the ball. Attackers only score points if they manage to pass a) through the middle or b) via one of their 2 in pitch teammates. Defenders score if they intercept and bring ball over either line.
Variation 1: start with 0 or 1 infield attcker to work on defensive shape initially.

- protect the danger (middle) zone
- 3/4 defenders collapse on in field player if he receives ball and try and dispossess
