X1 goes through ladder (use cones if you don’t have a ladder) & receives flat pass from X2 immediately after going through ladder
X2 tracks toward middle
X3 is cutting back to ball and receiving a lead pass from X2, tracks outside for right pull & lays lead ball for X4
X4 is cutting to sideline (butt facing sideline), tracks and passes flat to X5 for a shot (TWO TOUCH!)
X4 then sprints to 2nd pile of balls, tracks to outside field while X5 is rejoining play in middle of field (working on stalling play so people behind ball can get above ball)
X4 passes flat to X5
X5 tracks outside and passes through to X6
X6 is cutting back to 25 to receive ball, dribbles in for a shot
X6 immediately turns and becomes X2 and pattern starts all over again
Time cuts so player is not standing wiating for ball
Getting "Above Ball" while other players stall and allow for thru runs
Accurate passes
