3-Person Warm-up:
First Set: Backwards run, jumping jacks, side lung
Second Set: Skip, Squat, Quadtricep stretch
Third set: Side shuffle, push-ups, Tricep stretch (arm across chest)
Fourth set: Sprint, Burpees, Arm circles
End zone Lacrosse:
1) Divide students into 6 vs 6 games. Group students based on ability. (competitive vs non-competitive sides)
2) Objective is to complete a pass across the goal line for a touchdown
3) Players CANNOT run with the ball
4) First player to trap a loose ball gains possession
5) To begin play, the teacher rolls the ball center of the play area
6) After a touchdown, team scored upon gets possession at their own goal line.
7) A ball trapped in the opponent's end zone must be passed outside the end zone before a touchdown can be scored
