Defence trying to keep ball. Rotate every time Midfielders win ball?
Left and Right back trying to get ball to forwards.
Forwards lead onto ball. Can decide whether to lay back to defenders or midfield.

Attackers trying to intercept ball. Progress by including tackling.

Fitness. 45s ON 15s off. TWO SETS>

  1. Star Jumps
  2. Squats
  3. Plank to Press up.
  4. Mountain Climnbers
  5. High Knees
  6. Burpees
  7. 5m Sprint and reverse Reset.
