1st cone = push passes
2nd cone = reverse sweep/slap - (Might be new to some of them- so it's just to introduce it)
3rd cone= slap/sweep
4th cone= hitting
Players complete 10 of each type of pass at each cone, (eg. 10 push passes at cone 1, 10 reverse sweeps at cone 2, etc.)
It can be done a second time as part of a competition.
It's a quick warm up drill so it shouldn't take too long but if you feel like adding anything else in yourselves- go for it!
