Drill start with Blue player (Attacker) bouncing a pass off red player (Defender)
Once Zone 1 is done the attackers and defender join the next zone and so on till Zone 4.

Continous game. If defenders get the ball they run it over the 25 and become attackers.
Players can only use zone that they are in as well as previously used ones.

Attackers have to keep eyes up and prescan to make correct decisions.
Defenders have to protect the middle of the field.
Eyes up and in a good body position to see both the ball and other attackers.
Defenders need to be patient in the tackle and channel attackers, forcing them to make mistakes.
