4 lines of offense w/ balls beside each cage
2 lines of defense w/ gates on either side of the field
one side starts with ball and one defender comes out and plays them
if offense takes to other side and scores they get 1 pt.
if defense clears ball out to their own team thru their gate they get 1 pt. if they counterattack and score on the other goalie they get 2 pts.
once this set is completed the other 2v1 begins etc.
play for 5-10 mins then switch offense and defense
keep track of pts.
