1. Yellow Player (Attacker) passes (push, slap or hit pending ability) to Blue Player (Defender).
2. Blue player receives on outside of cone before hitting hard FLAT ball at goal.
3. Original yellow player has side shuffled into goal and intercepts hard ball. If ball goals into goal, defender earns one point.
4. If intercepted, yellow player players 1v1 against blue player and tries to score through mini goal. If attacker scores, one point.
5. Alternate and repeat from opposite side.
If lower skill group, remove the 1v1 component of the skill initially. Instead, get them to focus on passing accurately and working on their flat hitting technique and footwork preparation to intercept.

2. Will need to remind original passer to transition quickly and think about next play by getting ready to intercept the ball.
