Group split into teams (3 or 4 depending on numbers)
2 teams (red and blue in the diagram) play attack vs defence within the 23m area. The team in possession attacks the other defends. The attacking team can also pass the ball out to the 3rd team (yellow on the diagram) who can transfer the ball around and play it back to the attacking team.
The defending team win possession by playing the ball out the the third team (yellow) or forcing the attacking team to play the ball off the pitch.
If the ball goes off the pitch it restarts with the third team.
The fourth team waits away from the play area. After the time ends you replace either the attacking or defending team with the third team and fourth team replaces the third. Eg. Red goes to White, White goes to Yellow, Yellow goes to Red, Blue does not move.
