3 strikers start from the same position in the circle. They lead to the spot, T-spot or 23 T-spot to receive the ball. 4th Striker feeds the ball in. Defenders attempt to intercept the pass. Strikers keep moving between the cones until the ball is received then pay out the drill until completion
Strikers continue to lead until the ball is passed. Strikers need to maintain eye contact with the other strikers.
