4 players follow their pass around 3 stations with a problem to solve at each.
1. Pivot pass: player receives the ball and moves around an arc to make a long cross field pass. Encourage keeping ball on forehand and moving feet.
2. Slalom/3D: player receives the ball and completes the box either as a slalom or "jumping" the cones (seal dribble/3D)
3. Post-Up Turn: Player posts up from the yellow cone to either the green/red gate and carries the ball through the opposite, around the yellow cone and make the pass.
1. Feet position and ball carry position. Encourage moving feet around the ball as it will open up more options and be less predictable for opponent.
2. a. Good hands on slalom.
b. Seal dribble. Lift comes from accelerating feet rather than lifting with hands
3. Think about first touch before you arrive. Communication with team-mate. Feet around yellow cone befre pass.
