Here in the same two groups, the men will complete two exercises at the same time. For the scoring exercise, they go through the speed ladder and receive the ball then try and score while driving. Once this team have scored 10 goals the game stops.
The other team during this time have to complete the passing pattern as many times as possible during this time. They will rotate with the clock and not after their ball, and if they do not score through the red goal they don't get a point.
Both teams will do this and we will see which team has completed the passing exercise the most times, this team is the winner, the other team must do 2 minutes planking.
