Clockwise:
Players should receive the ball on their flat stick and focus on carrying strongly to the inner cone.
Once at the inner cone, players should keep the ball under control while stepping through at the angle of the pass before passing.
Other/Variations:
A drag between receiving and rounding the inner cone can be added for extra skill development/practice
Passess should start out flat and to the flatstick, but for added practice you can advacne to bouncy/raised passes or receiving on the reverse
