Player with the ball starts and plays a 2v1 against the first player (in the diagram it is 2 blue vs 1 red. Everyone stays in their zone since the next blue players get the ball he/she turns around and players a 2v1 against the next red player. Once the ball gets to the last player this player score and ALL of the players move one space towards the goal, this means that it would now be 2 red vs 1 blue.
As all players have to stay in their zone and not leave it, the rules of 1.5m apart is kept and also they have to lead for the ball and move around in the box to become free, if the defending player gets the ball they just give it to the next person.
