Use a tennis ball.
Players try to score by rolling the ball to a team mate in the coloured areas. Pass must be completed to count as a goal. Teams can play into any area but can not play into the same areas twice in a row.
Split into two teams. Netball rules (no running with the ball and no deliberate contact with other players). Players are premitted to go anywhere. Passes to be delivered below knee height, otherwise, turnover.
