For the final 5 minutes play a normal 7 vs 7 half pitch game. If players attempt an aerial they get 2 point and if it is successful/ safe then they get 3 points. A normal goal is worth 1 point. Taking down an aerial is 2 points.
This is a normal game but players should be looking to aerial the ball over the press to get it to their team mates higher up the pitch. The extra points should be the incentive for the players to attempt the aerial in a competitive situation. Most will be taken from 16 yard hit outs and free hits in the defensive half.
