- There should be 2 two teams of 5 players
- 1 additional player with a different coloured bib on (joker)
- Joker always on the side of the team in possession of the ball (switch between teams)
- The blue team to start with should attack towards the 1/4 line and the red team towards the goal.
- Each team has a sub on the side of the pitch who can switch on at any point. Additionally, the joker will have a change player so they can switch in and out.
- When on the side line the players should e looking to see if their team mates are zonal marking effectively and when the ball is in the corner that should look to be pressing it in. If they or I don't feel confident they are doing a god job then they can shout 'freeze' and everyone must stop for the player to explain what they think is wrong or could be improved. Try to limit this and keep the game flowing.
