Ball starts with Player in the middle of the 22. They spread the ball to a side. Their teammate receives the ball on the run and then does a 1-2 pass with the post up attacker at 90. Post up player leads into the D and scoring drill is activated. They must then have a ball injected from each side too.
Make sure post up player gets between defender and the ball and continues movement. Give the players freedom to do what they would in a game.
