Out of Congestion

DESCRIPTION

Out of congestion exercise to look at moving the ball around the pitch. Ball start with centre midfield (pretend the middle of the pitch is saturated with lots of players and they can't go through that channel anymore), passes out to left midfield, passes to left defender then to right defender who passes out to right midfield, right midfield then drives along the baseline and pulls the ball back to centreforward who takes a shot using a slap.

- If players are confident they should take a first time slap into the goal.
