1. Starts at player A. Continuous transfer from person A over to person D.
2. As the transfer occurs, player A runs into the top of the circle. PLayer B runs to the right post.
3. Player D then passes to player A on the top of the cicle and player D runs onto the left post.
4. Player A then has a shot.
