2 teams have an on-field team and an off-field team with 2 uneven numbers (e.g 3&2 or 4&2). Put defenders in the smaller teams.
Goals can be scored from anywhere.
When a team scores they leave the pitch and are replaced by their other team. Conceding team plays out from their goal immediately.
Keep intensity high so there are lots of chances and lots of rolling. The conceding team can turn and play immediately.
The numbers in the game will change creating dynamic problems for the players to solve.
Work on techniques for getting quick shots away (split-grip slap).
